nextentryco@gmail.com으로 계정 정보(로그인에 사용한 이메일 또는 복구 코드)와 함께 삭제를 요청해 주세요. 영업일 기준 7일 이내에 처리됩니다.
계정 정보, 게임 진행 데이터(레벨, 아이템, 스킬), 복구 코드
구매 기록은 관련 법령에 따라 결제 대행사에 보관되며, 당사 서버에서는 삭제됩니다.
앱 내 삭제는 즉시 처리되며, 서버 데이터는 30일 이내 완전히 삭제됩니다.
Launch the game → Settings → Account → Delete Account → Confirm
Email nextentryco@gmail.com with your account information (the email used to sign in, or your recovery code). Requests are processed within 7 business days.
Account information, game progress (level, items, skills), and recovery code.
Purchase records are retained by the payment provider as required by law. They are removed from our servers.
In-app deletion takes effect immediately. Server-side data is fully deleted within 30 days.
