게임 실행 → 설정 → 계정 → 계정 삭제 → 확인
앱을 삭제하신 경우
게임 내 복구 페이지에서 발급받은 복구 코드가 있다면, nextentryco@gmail.com으로 복구 코드와 함께 삭제를 요청해 주세요.
복구 코드가 없는 경우, 저희는 이름이나 이메일 주소를 수집하지 않기 때문에 다른 방법으로는 계정을 확인할 수 없습니다. 게임을 다시 설치하고 기존 계정으로 로그인한 뒤 설정 → 계정 → 계정 삭제를 진행해 주세요.
삭제되는 데이터
계정 식별자, 기기 식별자, 게임 진행 데이터(레벨, 아이템, 재화, 스킬, 세이브 슬롯), 복구 코드, 구매 기록(거래 식별자)
보관되는 데이터
결제 정보는 Google 또는 Apple이 각사의 정책과 관련 법령에 따라 보관하며, 저희 서버에서는 삭제됩니다. 보안을 위한 서버 접속 기록은 일정 기간 보관 후 자동으로 삭제됩니다.
처리 기간
앱 내 삭제는 즉시 처리됩니다. 이메일로 요청하신 경우, 요청을 받은 날로부터 30일 이내에 계정과 데이터를 삭제합니다. 삭제된 데이터는 복구할 수 없습니다.

Delete from within the app
Launch the game → Settings → Account → Delete Account → Confirm
If you have already uninstalled the app
If you have a recovery code issued from the in-game recovery page, email it to nextentryco@gmail.com to request deletion.
If you do not have a recovery code, we cannot identify your account, because we do not collect names or email addresses. Please reinstall the game, sign in with your previous account, and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
Data that is deleted
Account identifier, device identifier, game progress (level, items, currency, skills, save slots), recovery code, and purchase records (transaction identifiers).
Data that is retained
Payment information is retained by Google or Apple under their own policies and applicable law; it is removed from our servers. Server connection logs kept for security are retained for a limited period and then deleted automatically.
Processing time
In-app deletion takes effect immediately. For requests made by email, your account and data will be deleted within 30 days of receiving your request. Deleted data cannot be restored.
